Inventory Reports
Inventory reports provide visibility into stock levels, movements, and trends across your locations.
Low Stock Report
A list of all products currently at or below the low stock threshold:
- Product name and variant
- Current available quantity
- Threshold level
- Last sale date (helps identify slow-moving vs. fast-depleting items)
Use this report to plan reorders and transfers. It complements the real-time low stock alerts with a snapshot view that can be exported.
Stock Movement Report
Tracks how inventory has changed over the selected period:
| Movement Type | Source |
|---|---|
| Sales | Quantity decremented from orders |
| Returns | Quantity restored from refunds |
| Adjustments | Manual stock adjustments |
| Transfers out | Stock sent to other locations via transfers |
| Transfers in | Stock received from other locations |
| PO receipts | Stock received from purchase orders |
The report shows net movement per product, helping you understand where stock is going.
Multi-Location Comparison
A side-by-side view of stock levels across all locations for selected products. Identifies:
- Imbalances -- one location overstocked while another is running low
- Dead stock -- products with high levels but zero sales
- Transfer opportunities -- where stock should be moved
Audit History
A log of all completed inventory audits:
- Audit date and type (full or partial)
- Items counted
- Discrepancies found
- Whether adjustments were applied
Review the stock movement report monthly to identify patterns. If a product consistently needs transfers from warehouse to store, consider adjusting your reorder quantities to ship more directly to the retail location.
Exporting
All inventory reports can be exported as CSV (Standard+ plans) or PDF (Pro plan) for offline analysis or record-keeping.
