Dashboards

Full dashboards are available on Standard and Pro plans. Basic shift stats are available on all plans.

Swift POS provides role-based dashboards that show relevant metrics to each staff member based on their role and permissions.

Dashboard by Role​

Cashier Dashboard​

The simplest view, showing the current shift's key numbers:

  • Orders placed this shift
  • Total revenue this shift
  • Items sold this shift

Shift Lead Dashboard​

Everything in the cashier view, plus:

Manager Dashboard​

A comprehensive operational view:

  • Staff table -- all active staff with their current shift metrics
  • Sales chart -- revenue over time (line chart)
  • Top products -- best-selling products for the selected period
  • Payment method breakdown -- pie chart of payment types
  • Comparison to previous period (e.g., today vs. yesterday, this week vs. last week)

Admin Dashboard​

The full business intelligence view, including everything in the manager dashboard plus:

  • Staff leaderboard -- ranked by revenue
  • Multi-location comparison -- sales across all locations
  • Trend analysis -- week-over-week and month-over-month comparisons
  • Discount usage -- how much and what types of discounts are being applied
  • Access to all reports

Auto-Refresh​

Dashboards refresh automatically every 60 seconds to keep data current. You can also manually refresh by clicking the refresh button.

Period Selector​

All dashboard views support a period selector:

  • Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Custom range

Changing the period updates all charts and metrics on the dashboard.
