Exporting Data
CSV export is available on Standard and Pro plans. PDF export is available on the Pro plan only.
Swift POS lets you export reports and data for offline analysis, record-keeping, or sharing with accountants and business partners.
CSV Export
CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files can be opened in any spreadsheet application (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers). Available on Standard and Pro plans.

How to Export CSV
- Open any report from the Reports section
- Set your desired date range
- Click the Export CSV button
- The file downloads to your device
The CSV includes all columns visible in the report's data table, plus the date range in the filename.
PDF Export
PDF files are formatted documents with a professional layout, suitable for printing or sharing. Available on Pro plan only.
PDF Features
- Header with store name, report title, and date range
- Data table formatted for readability
- Charts included as images (where applicable)
- Page numbers for multi-page reports
- Footer with generation timestamp
How to Export PDF
- Open any report from the Reports section
- Set your desired date range
- Click the Export PDF button
- The file downloads to your device
Custom Date Ranges
Both CSV and PDF exports respect the currently selected date range. Use the period selector to narrow or expand the data before exporting:
- Preset periods: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month
- Custom range: Select specific start and end dates
Export monthly sales reports as PDF at the end of each month for your records. The formatted layout makes them easy to review and share with stakeholders.
