Staff Performance
Staff performance analytics are available on the Pro plan only.
Staff performance reports give managers and admins insight into individual and team sales metrics. Use these reports to identify top performers, spot trends, and optimize staffing.
Performance Metrics
The following metrics are tracked per staff member:

| Total revenue | Sum of all orders placed by this staff member |
| Order count | Number of orders completed |
| Average order value | Total revenue divided by order count |
| Items sold | Total number of line items across all orders |
| Discount given | Total discount amount applied |
Reports Available
Sales Summary
A table showing all staff members with their key metrics for the selected period. Sortable by any column.
Leaderboard
Staff ranked by total revenue (or order count). Useful for gamification and recognizing top performers.
Daily Trends
A line chart showing each staff member's daily sales over the selected period. Helps identify consistency and spot unusual days.
Hourly Breakdown
A bar chart showing sales by hour of the day per staff member. Useful for optimizing shift schedules based on when each staff member is most productive.
Top Products per Staff
See which products each staff member sells most. This can reveal upselling strengths or training opportunities.
Period Selection
All reports support a configurable time period:
- Today -- current day
- Yesterday -- previous day
- This week -- current calendar week
- Last week -- previous calendar week
- This month -- current calendar month
- Last month -- previous calendar month
- Custom range -- select specific start and end dates
Accessing Performance Reports
Go to Reports > Staff Performance or access individual staff performance from the Dashboards page. Managers see their team's performance; admins see all staff.
Review staff performance weekly to identify coaching opportunities. A staff member with high order count but low average order value might benefit from upselling training.
