Multi-Location Inventory
Multi-location inventory views are available on Standard and Pro plans.
If your Shopify store has multiple locations, Swift POS lets you view and manage inventory across all of them from a single screen.
Cross-Location Stock View
The multi-location view shows stock levels for a product across all your locations in a single table:

This helps you quickly identify where stock is concentrated and where shortages exist.
"Available at Other Locations"
When a product is out of stock at your current POS location, the product card shows an "Available at other locations" indicator. This tells staff that the product can potentially be sold if stock is transferred.
Clicking this indicator shows which locations have stock and how much.
Transferring Between Locations
From the multi-location view, you can initiate a stock transfer directly:
- Identify a product that needs stock at your location
- See which other locations have surplus
- Click Transfer to start a transfer from the surplus location to your location
Per-Location Alerts
Low stock alerts are evaluated per-location. A product can be fully stocked at your warehouse but trigger a low-stock alert at your retail store.
Review multi-location stock levels weekly to identify imbalances. Proactive transfers prevent stockouts at busy retail locations.
